Propel is currently working on commissioning and overseeing Public and Private Art Commissions.

Established in 2007 by Dean Proctor and Dr. Lora Rempel, Propel is the Art Consultancy division of ADi Projects Ltd.

Like many art consultancies, Propel has a vast knowledge of contemporary visual art practice, extensive experience of working in both the corporate and public sectors, but is unique in that its association with ADi gives it the ability to take on all technical aspects of production and installation of artworks.

Dr. Lora Rempel (PhD Art History) worked for Viart from 1999 to 2001 in both New York and London.  As well as being a founder of Propel, she has worked for The Metropolitan Museum and the Frick Collection in New York, Entwistle Gallery, The Institute of International Visual Arts at Rivington Place and Art at 42 in London.  She regularly curates art exhibitions of (contemporary emerging artists) and organised the first charity art auction for War Child.  Her acute vision is accompanied by strong corporate experience and rigorous production and project management skills.

Dean Proctor (MA Art History) has twenty years experience in numerous art institutions including The ICA, The Serpentine Gallery, The Royal Academy, The Tate and The Saatchi Gallery,. He worked extensively with Barclays Art Collection, including overseeing its move and installation at Canary Wharf. Dean is co-founder and director of ADi.

ADi Projects Gallery, formerly at Ground Floor, 81 Rivington Street organised and hosted several innovative and successful exhibitions between 2003 and 2007. It is currently seeking a new venue in which to continue and build on this exciting initiative.
